For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 10 days of the date you receive the product, and we'll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. THIS DOES NOT APPLY FOR COLOR MATCHED RISERS. 

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from Suntiger115: 

• You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

•  Only items that have been purchased directly from Suntiger115, either online or at the Suntiger115 Store, can be returned to Suntiger115. Suntiger115 products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy. 

• Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all that was included when you received it.
